    As a member of the
    ICU Float Pool, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to critically ill patients across various units.

    Your expertise will be crucial in maintaining patient safety and providing compassionate support to both patients and their families.


    • Provide comprehensive nursing care to critically ill patients in the
      ICU
    • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
    • Monitor patient progress and report any changes to the healthcare team
    • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
    • Ensure compliance with all hospital policies and procedures
    • Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
    • Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) or Basic Life Support (BLS) AHA certification required
    • Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) AHA certification required
    • Hospital Fire and Life Safety (HLFS) certification required
    • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
    • Acute care facility experience preferred
