    Job Summary
    We are seeking a Lube and Tire Automotive Technician to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have experience performing Oil changes and Tire repair on many makes and models. We are looking for an individual who shares our values of outstanding customer service, teamwork, good character, quality workmanship, positive attitude with the motivation to succeed. The right candidate must be open to learning new technical information and would potentially progress into performing fluid exchanges and wheel alignments. The position requires a self-motivated person who can handle their assigned tasks with little oversight but who is willing to engage and assist master mechanics working in a full-service repair shop.

    Responsibilities
    • Inspect vehicles for damage and document vehicles per company practice
    • Perform oil changes and tire rotations on vehicles according to manufacturers specifications
    • Keep work area clean and organized, empty trash daily, clean and maintain shop equipment
    • Dismount, mount and balance tires
    • Transport customers and parts as required
    • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and repeat business
    • Convey necessary vehicle repair information to service advisors in a clear and concise manner
    Qualifications
    • 1-3 years of experience in the automotive repair industry
    • Must have a valid Drivers License
    • Ability to communicate effectively in written and verbal
    • Excellent attitude and customer service skills are a plus
    • Outstanding customer service, teamwork, good character, quality workmanship, positive attitude with the motivation to succeed.
    • Open to learning new technical information to stay on top of the rapidly changing automotive technology with company-provided training
