Description
Occupational HealthPrevious Occ Health and/or ED experience a plus
Schedule:
PRN to fill in for routine & non-routine scheduling holes across our 3 clinic network - Kalamazoo, Portage, & Battle Creek.
Corporate Occupational Health - Injury care & follow-up (including sutures), physicals, etc.EMR System:
Systoc with access to Cerner for EPIC as needed.
Facility:
We have 3 clinics in SW Michigan: Kalamazoo (Borgess Hospital Campus); Various health insurance options & wellness plans

Provide and document direct treatment and management of health conditions.
Provide counseling and education of patients and their families/caregivers concerning preventative health, treatment options and community resources.
Perform preventative health assessments, screening, immunizations and care.
Licensure / Certification / Registration:
Credentialing done by Medical Staff department required.
