- Load checking/savings paper items into the Exception Item Processing system. ∙ Post/Return rejected ACH and Check debit/credit items
- Work ACH and Stop Pay Hit reports
- Chargeback Return Deposited Items via the IS Returns system
- Make GL entries based on pay/return decisions
- Monitor request received via OnBase
- Balance daily work
- Answer questions via phone or email from branches relating to exception items ∙ Assist with balancing Recon GL accounts
- Meet daily deadlines
- Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Windows and Google environment
- Performs job functions accurately, completely, and in a timely manner
- Work in fast paced environment
- Strict attention to details and thoroughness in the completion of job responsibilities
- Exhibits excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to prioritize assignments to meet deadlines and achieve
