- Must be licensed in Virginia as either:
- Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) (Preferred) or a License Eligible Resident or Supervisee
- Minimum of four (4) years of supervisory experience
- Minimum of five (5) years of clinical experience with adults, children, and adolescents
- Clinicians must have experience in substance use and mental health treatment and diagnosis.

Job Description
Job DescriptionSalary:VFS is seeking a Clinician (Licensed/Licensed Eligible) who has experience supervising clinical staff and applying clinical skillset. Clinicians are able to manage CSAC and CSAC-S staff with competency in various supervision techniques. Demonstrate skill set in assessment and counseling (risk, suicidal, crisis intervention & diagnostic) with the ability to apply concepts, theory, and foundations for practice. Must be able to provide 1:1 and group therapy (ASAM 1.0) and Supervisor Substance Use Partial Hospitalization (ASAM 2.5).
Experience in supervision, substance use, therapy, and co-occurring disorders is required. Scheduled hours are 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday-Friday. Licensure requirements:
