We are looking for a Tech Intern to join our 2024 Summer Internship program. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated with strong multi-tasking and organizational skills. You will learn about the agency's internal processes and begin training to handle creative responsibilities through client projects and initiatives. This internship is a fantastic opportunity if you are looking to dive in, collaborate and immerse themselves in the exciting world of advertising.

    Our Internship Program is built, from start to finish, to provide our interns with as much hands-on experience as possible so they are gaining valuable knowledge and expertise to further their career goals. We call our areas of focus "Disciplines," which include Social Strategy, Creative, Delivery, Account Management, DEI&B, and Operations.

    What you will be doing:
    • Investigate and experiment with various AI tools, models, and platforms (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, LLAMA, Google Gemini) to understand their capabilities and potential applications.
    • Collaborate with project managers and technical teams to identify areas where AI could streamline processes, enhance efficiency, or provide innovative solutions.
    • Develop proof-of-concepts, workflows, or prototypes leveraging AI technologies to address specific project management challenges.
    • Analyze data, create visualizations, and generate reports using AI-powered tools.
    • Continuously learn and explore new AI techniques, models, and best practices.
    • Provide feedback and recommendations on the usability, limitations, and potential improvements of AI solutions.
    What you need to be great in this role:
    • Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn new technologies.
    • Experience with programming languages or scripting is a plus but not mandatory.
    • Familiarity with AI concepts, large language models, or machine learning is advantageous but not required.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
    • Ability to think critically, analyze complex problems, and propose innovative solutions.
    • Comfortable with ambiguity and a willingness to fail and iteratively improve.
    • Curiosity, self-motivation, and a passion for emerging technologies.
    Program Qualifications:
    • Enrolled in an accredited trade program, college or university with Junior or Senior standing for fall 2024, or a spring 2024 graduate
    • You are legally authorized to work in the United States
    Program Details:
    • Participate in Executive leadership roundtables
    • Work with a dedicated mentor through our formalized mentorship program
    • Gain useful skills through professional development trainings
    • Connect with your intern community through meetings, projects, and social events
    • Showcase your work via a final presentation to management
    • Interns will be paid $20 USD/hr

    This is a paid internship, 40-hours a week for 8-weeks, Monday-Friday, and will be a hybrid program in our New York City office. Internship will commence on June 10, 2024, and conclude August 2, 2024.
