- Quality Control: Conduct regular checks on scheduled arrangements to verify accuracy and quality, making adjustments as necessary to uphold the company's reputation for excellence.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all scheduling activities, including contracts, confirmations, and client communications.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments, including client services, finance, and marketing, to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to service delivery.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in hospitality, tourism, event management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in scheduling, logistics, or operations, preferably in the travel, hospitality, or events industry.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, vendors, and team members.
