- Manage a team of 20 members which includes engineers and technicians.
- Conduct regular audits and patrols for area of improvement.
- Analyze quality data and make decisions in support of manufacturing including assisting with daily production issues, line OA improvements, and defect part and equipment investigations.
- Collaborate with different teams to resolve quality issues and improve processes.
- Assist with purchase orders, equipment purchases and repair planning.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, quality management, or related field required
- 5+ years of quality control experience in a manufacturing environment is required, automotive manufacturing is a plus
- 3+ years in a leadership or supervisory role required.
- Expert knowledge of SPC and MSA, APQP, PPAP, FMEAs, SQ9000/TS16949.
- Experience with Quality Management Systems, quality control principles and methodologies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant software.
