    JOB SUMMARY:


    Reporting to the Vice President, Parts & Service; this role is responsible for overseeing activities related to warranty claims, for management & compliance of all activities related to delivery stops, recalls & technical campaigns and development of systems & processes to support warranty & campaign activities.

    The Warranty & Campaign Manager works closely with various departments, including engineering, operations, service, sales, and parts to ensure efficient warranty & campaign processes and exceptional customer satisfaction.


    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Administer Company's warranty policies and procedures fairly, consistently and expeditiously with Company's dealers and dealer service centers
    • Management of team to support recalls and technical campaigns, marketing projects to improve completion rates
    • Develop, implement and continually improve warranty policies, procedures and associated processes
    • Analyze accurate and detailed warranty analytical data to identify trends and opportunities for product and process improvement
    • Maximize supplier recovery for supplier caused warranty issues
    • Develop, integrate, establish, and monitor operational processes for the implementation of recalls and technical campaigns as per regulatory requirements
    • Meet with NHTSA as required providing updates on actions taken or planned to improve recall completion rates

    ADDITIONAL DUTIES:

    • Provide guidance, support and oversight of warranty & campaign team members, including performance management and professional development
    • Day-to-day management of warranty & campaign application software
    • Support development of training opportunities for dealer warranty personnel
    • Steer the activities pre- & post launch of technical campaign or recall with various departments

    KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

    • Proven experience in warranty & campaign management, preferably in a vehicle manufacturing environment
    • Strong knowledge of warranty processes, including claim management and dispute resolution
    • Strong analytical skills with experienced focused on analyzing warranty and service data to identity and scope critical issues facing the business
    • Proficiency using warranty & campaign management software and data analytics software
    • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
    • Excellent communication skills for contact with dealers and customers and the ability to interact with tact and courtesy and maintain professional manner
    • Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in warranty & campaign related documentation and record keeping

    EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field required
    • 10 years in Warranty Management/Administration, with at least 3 years in a management or leadership role
    • 5+ years in Automotive/Truck (on-road) Industry; OEM preferred, but dealer possible
    • 3+ years Recall/Campaign Administration experience
