Job Summary
The Learning & Talent Solutions vertical at JioStar is rapidly evolving to enable a future‑ready, high‑performance workforce in a creative and dynamic media ecosystem.This role combines strategic problem‑solving with hands‑on execution—designing, launching and iterating learning programs that build capabilities for today and the future.
The role requires strong experience with modern learning methodologies, data‑driven decision‑making, and the ability to collaborate with HR Business Partners, business leaders and employees.
Curiosity experimentation and a user-centric mindset are key to thriving here.
- Partner with business and HRBPs to diagnose capability needs and design modern learning interventions (blended self-paced cohort-based digital-first) aligned to business priorities
- Drive end-to-end program lifecycle: planning content curation/creation vendor partnerships delivery excellence measurement and enhancement using data & feedback
- Manage new-joiner ramp up activities end-to-end including Day-1and business induction content execution
- Manage technology (LMS AI-based tools learning analytics) create engaging personalized learning experiences
- (3–5 years of experience in L&D talent development or related roles)
- (Post-graduation in Human Resource Management/ Business Administration preferred)
