    Description
    Missions to help customers, business partners, and employees achieve success through shared goals, strategies, resources and technology solutions. Duties:

    • Work with Technology team to provide firmware roadmap and development plan by learning and evaluating new firmware demands/technologies in the server/cloud market.

    • Define annual KPI and SWOT analysis for the firmware team and lead the team for execution.

    • Collaborate with EE/ME/Thermal/SIT/TPM teams for providing solid solutions system/rack-level designs or debugging/problem solving.

    • Drive processes, strategies, architectures, or protocols to enhance firmware development efficiency and design quality.

    Schedule: 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday. Benefits: Up to 30% work from home, 15% international travel. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field of study and ten (10) years experience as a Hardware Engineer, Firmware Manager, Firmware Technologist, BIOS Engineer or related role. Special Skills:

    • Implementing security mechanism functions.

    • Guiding development of automated testing.

    • Optimizing design process flows and importing automated processes.

    • BIOS (Basic Input/Output System).

    • Defining annual KPI and SWOT analysis.
