- Greet patients and visitors, answer phone calls and direct calls to appropriate person; Greet visitors to the corporate office and direct them to the visitor area. Contact appropriate person to meet visitor/vendor in the lobby.
- Assist other departments with projects as needed with approval from manager. (Printing color copies, laminate, various other projects). Contact department once project completed to retrieve.
- Receive deliveries and contact appropriate department/person. Recipients of deliveries required to come to the front desk for their package.
- Maintain front desk/reception area. Communicate with Director of IT and Manager of Facilities regarding permission to any changes or additions to the dcor of the front desk/reception area.
- Prepare new hire gift bags and contact appropriate supervisor that bags are ready for pickup at the front desk. Mail new hire gift bags if associate is not located in the corporate office. Prepare welcome signs for New Hires.
- Order Snack supplies for Infusion Centers. Order office supplies for corporate office.
- Medication Pick-ups - responsible to contact Pharmacy for medication pick-ups.
- Restock supplies (water, coffee products, paper) in Executive wing. Other duties as assigned.
- Provide coverage Mon-Fri, 8 a.m.- 5 p.m.

Description
The TwelveStone Infusion Centers LLC, manages the Infusion needs of patient's and maintains the continuum of care; from intake, assessment, and treatment through the completion of their visit. Our primary focus is the safe and effective administration of biologic medications (e.g. Remicade, Tysabri, etc), but we also offer a full range of infusion services including, but not limited to, antibiotics, hydration, vitamins, iron, and steroids.
Summary: We are hiring for the full time position of Receptionist at our Murfreesboro, TN Corporate office, responsible for greeting incoming and outgoing patients and visitors in such a manner as to make them feel welcome and cared for while performing other clerical and administrative duties to support the corporate office.
Essential Duties:
Education: High school diploma or GED required. Associates degree in office management preferred.
Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience as a receptionist or similar administrative role, medical practice setting/reception preferred. Must be proficient in MS Office and use to other technology.
Functional Competencies: Organization, prioritizing, attention to detail, dependability, cooperation, collaboration, team, initiative, customer service, verbal and written communication, problem solving, multi-tasking.
