    Ultimate Staffing is searching for a Quality Control Inspector in the city of Brea


    Pay:
    $20-23 DOE

    2ND SHIFT (2:30 pm to 11 pm)


    SUMMARY
    Quality Control Inspector will perform visual, electrical and dimensional inspections of printed
    circuit board assemblies; will be responsible for daily inspections to assure compliance with
    manufacturing traveler, engineering drawings, bill of materials, process specific instructions,
    critical criteria, IPC standards, and other applicable documents.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (Other duties may be assigned).

    • Perform visual and dimensional inspections of printed circuit board assemblies to ensure
    workmanship which complies with the appropriate requirements from engineering
    drawings, process specifications, IPC-610 standards, J-STD-001 and customer specific
    criteria. Must have practical knowledge of IPC Standards.

    • Ability to read and understand complex engineering drawings, specifications, procedures
    and standards to obtain information such as specified material, electrical, cosmetic
    requirements and workmanship instructions.

    • Uses precision measuring instruments such as smart tweezers and calipers and pin gauges
    to determine adherence to electrical and dimensional specifications

    • Performs inspections utilizing the 2D/3D AOI machines
