Associate Recruiter - Bilingual

Wisconsin Distribution Center

Want to be part of a dynamic team at Uline? We're looking for a Bilingual (English / Spanish) Associate Recruiter to join our crew at the Distribution Center in Pleasant Prairie, WI.

Position Responsibilities

Conduct high-volume full-cycle recruiting for Uline's Distribution Center.
Assess applicants to ensure they meet position requirements.
Source and recruit active and passive candidates, and build strong relationships for potential hires.
Collaborate with hiring managers to determine talent needs and job requirements.
Engage with universities and organizations to discover new talent.

Minimum Requirements

Hold a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
Bilingual (English / Spanish) fluency in both verbal and written communication.
At least 1 year of experience in Human Resources and/or recruiting.
Willingness to travel for job fairs, events, and field locations.
