Community Living Supports working with individuals 1 on 1
hours may vary depending on Person Supported
MUST HAVE VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE FOR CLS
Can also be combined with other programs hours in the area to get closer to 40 hours a week when available
Minimum requirements that all candidates must meet:

• Be 18 years of age or older
• Must be able to meet the physical and behavioral needs of the vulnerable people we support.
• Be able to perform all duties essential to the health, safety and well-being of the people we support.
• Be compassionate, caring and understanding
• Pass a Criminal background check Expungement Assistance )
• Valid driver's license REQUIRED FOR CLS PROGRAM
• Pass a Physical exam and TB test
• Must complete all required training. We provide paid on the job training necessary for this job, such as CPR/First Aid, Mandt, and much more
• Provide three-character references
• Be able to work any day of the week, includes Saturday and Sunday
• Maintain confidentiality following all HIPPA and Hitech Security laws
