    Job Description

    We're hiring a Manager, Financial Reporting.

    The role's main activities include preparation of quarterly and annual financial statements, lender call materials, monthly reporting packages, and statutory and government reporting.

    Responsibilities

    Prepare quarterly and annual consolidated financial statements submitted to Grace's lenders.
    Prepare quarterly and annual management financial reporting (MD&A) analysis, and provide Corporate FP&A with earnings call financial data presentation support
    Prepare monthly financial reporting package to Grace's parent, Standard Industries.
    Coordinate quarterly reporting process, including preparation of responsibility matrix, planning calendar, and ensuring supporting documentation is collected and maintained.
    Research current and new accounting guidance and apply the guidance to ensure appropriate disclosure in financial statements.
    Provide annual consolidated financial statement audit support to external auditor and resolve financial statement disclosure comments with external auditor.
    Partner with FP&A cash forecasting team to ensure cash forecasts are supported.
    Analyze and document compliance with debt covenants; lead quarterly debt covenant compliance meeting.
    Participate on Grace's Disclosure Committee, entailing multiple quarterly meetings to review financial statements and disclosures with committee members.
    Manage statutory and government reporting requirements.
    Support other FP&A team internal management reporting as directed.
    Other duties as assigned.
    Required Qualifications

    B.S. Degree in Accounting or Finance
    7+ years' experience with progressive career track within a public accounting firm or an accounting department within a large multinational corporation
    Strong GAAP skills/knowledge required.
    Strong Microsoft Office Suite capabilities (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
    Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    Experience with U.S. GAAP financial statements through audit or preparation
    Experience with enterprise financial software.
    Strong interpersonal skills-ability to communicate to all levels in the organization and across functions.
    Preferred Qualifications

    SAP and related systems (BPC, SAC, etc.)
    WDesk financial reporting platform
    CPA license
