    Description
    Production Assistant – 2nd Shift
    12:45 PM - 9 PM, Monday - Friday

    As a *Production Assistant*, you will contribute to the implementation of manufacturing methods, processes and operations for new or existing products based on outlined goals to ensure smooth production operation and safely produced quality finished products.

    This role will also be responsible for the manufacturing of new and existing products according to a pre-determined operations plan by the hands-on operation of process equipment, in accordance with Key Performance Measures, Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), safety/regulatory requirements, and operational goals.

    *Perform production activities following instructions and adhering to cGMPs to ensure product meets specifications.

    • Document production activities to provide an accurate paper trail for every batch.
    • Monitor production progress through equipment readings, in-process testing, and evaluation of particles.
    • Assist in maintaining accurate inventories and may assist with warehouse activities, and working overtime as needed.

    • High School Diploma/GED, must be 18 years old.
    • At least one year of production or food service experience.
