Client USA Corp HQ is in Buena Park, CA and they are working in hybrid model where the team works onsite 2-3 times a on Suite on HANA (ECC) and will be moving to S/4HANA most likely in 2025.
They have a division in Canada that is not on SAP at all and they want to bring on a USA based, Senior SD/OTC Team Lead who can help educate the Canadian Business on the business benefits they will receive by moving onto candidate will have S/4HANA experience as well as the goal is to keep the person after this project is complete and have them be part of the S/4HANA someone who can exhibit leadership skills and help educate the Canadian Division about SAP, not just take notes in a workshop and draft a Functional they need to be able to do that and do hands on config, but they need to be somewhat charismatic and teach (training and KT are big parts of what we want).Candidate needs to be strong functional SD/OTC functional consultant who is well spoken and exhibits leadership skills.
