Soliant is in search of a seasoned Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our vibrant team focused on school-based services.
As an SLP within our organization, you'll play a pivotal role in improving the lives of individuals grappling with communication and swallowing challenges.

Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough assessments to pinpoint communication and swallowing issues.
Create personalized treatment plans based on assessment findings, student objectives, and established best practices.
Administer therapeutic interventions such as speech and language therapy, voice therapy, fluency therapy, and swallowing therapy.
Employ a range of techniques and methods to enhance communication abilities, refine speech articulation, and foster language comprehension and expression.
Collaborate with families, caregivers, and fellow professionals to offer guidance and assistance to students dealing with communication disorders.Regularly monitor and document progress, adapt treatment plans as necessary, and continually evaluate outcomes.
Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
Active and valid state licensure or eligibility for SLP licensure.
Preferred certification of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP).
Prior experience working with diverse populations and various age groups is highly advantageous.
Proficient knowledge of assessment tools, therapeutic techniques, and evidence-based practices within speech-language pathology.
