    Milton Hershey School (MHS) is one of the world's best pre-K through 12th grade private schools, where approximately 2,200 students from disadvantaged backgrounds are provided with a cost-free home and a top-notchto the generosity of Milton and Catherine Hershey in 1909, the school is fully endowed today, with the resources to ensure students can thrive.

    The school has prepared over 12,000 graduates to lead fulfilling and productive lives and is expanding to serve more students.

    MHS is hiring Residential Living Assistants (ALSO KNOWN AS FLEX TRANSITIONAL LIVING ASSISTANTS - FTLAs) to live in campus residences to supervise and mentor high school seniors, preparing them for independent living afterplay a vital role - teaching and role-modeling life skills including self-responsibility, goal setting, time management, personal finance, healthy relationships and more.

    They also create and supervise developmental and recreational activities, accompany students to Sunday chapel services, collaborate with staff to continually enhance the program, and provide coverage in student homes as needed.

    Schedule & CompensationYear-round position with a schedule of 9 consecutive workdays followed by 3 days offMinimum annual salary of $48,799Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, and after a year of service - a 403(b) savings planHousing and utilities are providedPaid training and up to $2,800 relocation assistanceQualifications:
    Bachelor's degree requiredValid driver's license in good standing; ability to become certified to drive a 9-passenger vanExperience mentoring, teaching, or coaching youthExceptional interpersonal and leadership skills, including the ability to proactively problem-solve, influence, and collaborateStrong organizational skills, while also maintaining a high degree of flexibilityProficient with Microsoft Office, Google applications, and social media platformsMust demonstrate integrity and professionalism—MHS staff serve as role models for studentsAdditional Requirements for Live-In Role:
