Overview

As a member of the front end development team, you will build new features for Esri's marketing websites. We work in a fast-paced environment using Agile/Scrum methodology to support multiple enterprise-wide content management systems. We encourage innovation and expect developers to work collaboratively with designers, developers, SEO experts, IT, analysts, and executives.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with stakeholders to build exciting new web experiences
• Build mobile-first web interfaces with HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript
• Assist in troubleshooting technical issues
• Maintain existing site code with an eye for continuous automation and improvement
• Review and test code against modern browsers and mobile devices
• Provide expertise for the development and management of the Esri front-end framework and making the necessary adjustments and feature additions to stay up to date with latest coding practices
• Provide support and innovation in front-end architectures, best practices and build processes
• Manage versioning and deployment of application source code, including source control management, branching, tagging, etc
• Can work remotely

Requirements

• One (1) year of experience in the job offered or related occupation in which the required experience was gained
• Applicants must also have demonstrated experience with the following: HTML5; CSS3; JavaScript; AEM; Agile; and Scrum
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, information sciences, or a related field of study

A reasonable estimate of the base salary range is

$83,200-$145,600 USD
