Job summary
Cash Construction is hiring a Safety Coordinator in its main office in Pflugerville, TX. This person will assist in planning, organizing and implementing the Cash Construction Company Safety Program at construction projects while ensuring compliance with federal, state and corporate environmental health and safety regulations.Responsibilities
- Spend 80% of time in the field, auditing job sites for compliance with Cash Construction Company's safety policy. Communicate findings to Cash Construction Company management.
- Provide safety leadership creating enthusiasm and participation among all employees including subcontractors resulting in excellent safety performance
- Participate in the Safety Committee meetings as required and monitor results for presentation to others on our job sites.
