IT Desktop Service Technician Position at XYZ Company

We are looking for an experienced IT Desktop Service Technician to join our team at XYZ Company. As the IT Desktop Service Technician, you will be responsible for providing support in an enterprise environment, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and ensuring that systems are working efficiently.

• Perform installs, moves, adds and changes
• Experience with Windows operating systems and MS Office Suite
• Hardware, software, and networking troubleshooting and repair
• Responsible for hardware and software upgrades and troubleshooting
• Provide support to remote users for software and hardware issues
• Diagnose and repair Windows desktops and laptops
• Component level PC peripherals repair and troubleshooting
• Test systems to ensure they are working properly
• Basic TCP/IP skills and network topography knowledge
• Educate new users on computer systems and software
• Resolve software and hardware computer and network issues
