    Delivery Driver, Join Our Dakata Team

    We are actively seeking full-time or part-time Drivers to deliver packages. Our DAKATA LLC facility located in Fremont, CA. You will be driving box trucks providing courteous and efficient package deliveries.

    Day shift. Full-time and part-time positions available.

    Salary and Benefits:

    • $22.5- $25.00 per hour + performance bonus (up to $150 a week)
    • Bi-weekly payroll
    • Weekly performance bonuses
    • Medical, dental, vision and time-off benefits

    We are located half a mile away from the Tesla factory in Fremont.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Drive box truck from DAKATA home office to
    • Load and unload packages into and out of box truck, with or without reasonable accommodation
    • Must be able to move boxes up to 100 lbs., with or without reasonable accommodation
    • Inspect truck equipment such as tires, lights, brakes, gas, oil, and water
    • Maintain logs according to state and federal regulations
    • Follow all safety rules and company policies and procedures
    • Drive in all weather conditions in a safe and responsible manner
    • Communicate well with supervisors and other team members
    • Provide outstanding customer service, which means the safe and accurate delivery of all packages
    • Working shifts of up to 10 hours per day

    Qualifications

    • Must be at least 21 years old
    • Must have 2 years verifiable driving experience with no DUIs or suspensions
    • Must have experience driving box truck
    • Must be reliable, flexible and exhibit a sense of urgency while on the job
    • Must be punctual – consistently at work at the required shift and is on time or early. Complete work in a timely manner and within the standards outlined by the company
    • Must complete drug and background verification screening
