- Process customer orders according to procedures and in a timely manner so that the company can meet the customers' expectations.
- Maintain company databases related to sales orders and production updates.
- Coordinate customer supplied components through receiving and inspection, including chassis.
- Arrange and document all shipping arrangements for orders so products can be delivered accurately, economically, safely, and on time.
- Ensure and document that all customers receive the appropriate manuals, warranty registrations, etc. at time of delivery.
- Prepare and issue purchase orders for special features on customer orders so that the purchaser can purchase the requirements on time from the supplier.
- Follow-up with dealers on unresolved order information needed for unit production.
- Respond to dealer inquiries in a timely, accurate and courteous manner.
- Develop a good working relationship with the dealer network.
- Manage the updates, ordering and inventory of all support items including price lists, brochures, manuals, swag, etc. so that we have enough of each.
- Assist with pricing approval and trade discounts.
- Manage price levels and quote system.
- Provide support to Sales staff for maintaining and updating Customer Resource Management database.
- Maintain accurate database of stock inventory and regularly circulate updated inventory flyers.
- Organize and maintain records of the Curbtender demonstrator fleet so that an accurate schedule and record of the demos can be readily available.
- Manage trade show preparations so that the booth and housing is planned.
- Maintain the Company's Sales Department calendars, correspondence and sales files and contact lists.
- Prepare sales reports as-needed for management team.
- Analyze trends related to profit margin, production lead times, and other business intelligence.

DEALER SUPPORT
4. Coordinate and/or develop communications for external publication such as dealer newsletters, information releases to dealers, dealer and/or customer mailings etc.
SALES DEPARTMENT SUPPORT
MANAGEMENT SUPPORT
Manage special projects related to a variety of business functions, as needed by the President.
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS: A college degree is preferred, or 5+ years of relevant work experience.
PREFERRED FIELD OF STUDY: Sales, Marketing, Business, Communications, Project Management
WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: Previous experience in sales, marketing, or administrative role with demonstrated success handling varying projects and customer relations.
TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS: Current Windows, Microsoft, Work, Excel, and Access. ERP, CRM systems. UPS, FedEx Shipping and Credit Card software.
PHYSICAL/MENTAL REQUIREMENTS: Sitting, walking, and standing activities on a regular basis. Some bending, pulling, pushing, and carrying/lifting to 20 pounds will be required. This position requires exercise of good judgment and analysis of complex problems using logical and problem-solving skills. It requires both inside and outside environmental conditions.
OTHER: Must be a self-starter and have excellent written, oral and interpersonal skills. Must possess above average self-discipline and reporting skills. Must be able to work under pressure in a timely manner. The ability to prioritize and perform multiple technical tasks is also desired. Limited overnight travel will be required to support the Sales team with trade shows and dealer events (up to 5 times annually).
