- Full-Time and Part-Time Residential Specialists/DSPs to fill our OVERNIGHT positions in the Pine Grove PA area.
- Sign-on Bonus: $1,000
- Pay range from $15 to $19 per hour depending on experience, education and the needs of the person served.
- Unlimited Referral Bonus up to $1000 per person referred.
- 18 years of age
- Valid Drivers license
- Must be able to pass a physical, drug screening, and tuberculosis test and background checks
- Must be available EVERY OTHER Weekend
- Knowledge of and ability to work with individuals with IDD and Mental Health Diagnoses
- Excellent communication skills and organizational skills/detail oriented.
- Assist with activities of daily living such as proper hygiene, cooking meals, laundry, and cleaning.
- Administer medications on time and document using our online system
- Transport individuals to appointments and fun activities.
- Maintain documentation of daily activities using an online system.
- Effectively communicate with other team members and/or family members.
