Role Description:As a Client Development Executive, you'll be a key player in driving sales strategies for local markets and target accounts, focusing on leadership and collaboration. Roles and Responsibilities:Work with leadership to explore new accounts and develop strategies for market entry.Execute a business development plan, coordinate with the team, and stay aware of market trends.Lead business development for new accounts, build relationships, and move opportunities through sales stages.Assist in creating proposals and estimates for new accounts.Ensure a smooth transition from business development to client delivery.Provide mentorship to team members in business development.Contribute to the community through involvement in local organizations to enhance the company's brand. Experience and Qualifications:Master's degree or equivalent experience.5-10+ years of relevant experience.Proven track record of opening a new business at targeted accounts.Ability to strategically address business needs.Proficient in solution-selling methodologies.Successful track record of building key relationships.

    MUST HAVES:

    1. Must be in Charlotte
    2. Minimum of 5 years of progressive sales and consulting experience
    3. Successful "hunter" with complex solutions sales capabilities
    4. Seeking a broad range of business knowledge – not limited to one product or service
    5. Masters degree preferred
