Job Description
Job DescriptionLancaster Emergency Associates is an extremely successful, private, democratic, physician owned and operated, fee-for-service group, that was established in 1966 and continues to operate at Lancaster General Hospital.
· We are seeking to hire a full-time PA/NP to work both in our Fast Track as well as in the critical area of our Emergency Department.
· We have a state-of-the-art Emergency Department with an annual volume of >115,000 in a 500+ bed Level I Trauma Center.
Facility:
The ED includes a dedicated radiology department, with 24 hour in house radiologist for all interpretations. It has a Behavioral Health Unit staffed 24/7. Consulting specialists and ancillary services are excellent and the cardiac catherization lab is available 24 hrs/day. Lancaster General Hospital is a regional stroke center. We have protocol based response teams for acute MI, trauma, PE and stroke. There are in house Pediatric and IM hospitalist available 24/7.
