    THE ROLE:
    Vice President, Corporate Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)


    Job Summary:


    In this role the Vice President, Corporate Financial Planning & Analysis to join our team This role is responsible for Leading the development of comprehensive, company-wide financial forecasts, budgets, and long-term financial plan, develop key business metrics and analyze financial performance against those key business metrics, providing actionable insights to drive strategic decisions, collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze financial data, ensuring accuracy and completeness, Develop and communicate a compelling financial narrative that aligns with the company's strategic goals, manage capital markets activity and related investor interactions and, generate scale through the lens of operational excellence across the company and within FP&A through the optimal Utilization of systems.


    Job Responsibilities:

    Strategic Financial Leadership:
    Provide strategic financial guidance to the executive team based on thorough analysis of market trends, competitor performance, and industry benchmarks

    Drive financial modeling and scenario planning to support key business decisions including Top Line (sales finance) and BU operations

    Collaborate with the CFO and other senior leaders to shape and execute financial strategies that align with organizational objectives

    Minimum Job Requirements:

    10+ years of progressive finance experience, with a focus on Corporate FP&A

    Direct experience working for both Private and Public companies

    Proven track record of successfully managing FP&A functions in a publicly traded company

    Experience in both large and small company environments

    Experience with working directly with Private Equity firms

    Extensive experience in financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting

    Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights

    Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate financial concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences

    Investment Banking experience a plus

    Experience working in technology industry a plus

    Proven track record of financial partnership with key executives to drive business growth

    Analytical, data driven decision maker with strong financial acumen and drive for results

    Excellent communicator and presenter with an ability to influence all levels

    Proven ability to work in a dynamic, rapidly changing environment

    Highly collaborative team player

    Strong financial modeling, excel, gsheets and google slides and presentation skills


    Education Requirements:
    Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or relevant professional certification (CFA, CPA) is a plus


    Travel Requirements:
    This position requires the successful candidate to be commutable to our NYC based office for frequent meetings.
