PHP Agency LLC., "PHP," is seeking a New Business Team Lead to join our Dallas-based HQ team.

PHP is a life insurance field marketing organization, founded in Our CEO is entrepreneur Patrick Bet David.

PHP partners with leading insurance and annuity carriers to offer a comprehensive basket of insurance products to a diverse client base.

PHP provides a part-time or fulltime opportunities to individuals pursuing careers as life insurance agent.

PHP passionately serves people through a field sales force comprised of thousands of licensed agents deployed nationwide in offices they independently own and operate.

PHP's headquarters office is in Addison, Texas (Dallas metroplex). The company was acquired in 2022 and is now a proud part of the Integrity Marketing Group family ().

Monitoring teams day-to-day activities, performance, attitudes, and ability to work together; Keeping department management informed of issues impacting personnel or work.

Monitoring work queues and turnaround times; Conduct random quality review of work and/or phone calls (if applicable) to ensure adherence to company policy and procedures and to ensure quality and accuracy of associates' work.

Employee Training willingness & ability to effectively train on processes.

Working knowledge & Understanding of Office Process's. (Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Excellent time management and communication skills.
Staff hiring, reviews, and performance evaluations.
Recommend and assist in implementing process improvements.
May take the lead on Projects as assigned.
Ongoing training and development of associates in the team.
Providing ongoing feedback to associates and to department management.
Seeking assistance from management as appropriate and necessary.
