Job Opportunity: Clinical Practice Liaison Team Director

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our Clinical Practice Liaison team. The successful candidate will be responsible for guiding the activities of the CPL team, setting goals and objectives, and tracking performance to ensure high-quality HCP education on therapeutic products.

• The Field Director will manage and mentor CPLs, ensuring strategic pull-through of tactics while maintaining a reduced territory.
• This role involves coaching CPLs to develop KOL plans, set accountability for Annual Goals and Objectives, maintain Quarterly Priorities, and track Key Performance Indicators/Goals.
