Maintenance Technician will show care and concern for residents through excellence in service ticket resolution and preventative maintenance resolving maintenance issues in HVAC electrical plumbing and appliance repair preparing vacant apartments for move-in turn-over repairs improvements preserving beauty of building safety of community general upkeep cleanliness snow removal grounds maintenance providing residents outstanding customer service working weekends evenings being on call after hour emergencies experience building maintenance education trades beginner intermediate proficiency HVAC plumbing electrical appliance repair availability emergency situations property including on-call rotation ability exert pounds force frequently constantly personal reliable transportation work respond emergencies excellent communication skills written verbal sharp professional appearance basic computer skills comfort software apps computer programs service mentality thirst learning position eligible additional bonus opportunities.
