- Oak Wood Ventures acquires, develops, and operates multifamily and manufactured housing communities in the United States.
- As Director of Asset Management, you will play a key role in analyzing and underwriting our current portfolio and investment opportunities, bridging the gap between the operations, accounting, and acquisitions team.
- Conduct financial analysis and due diligence for current manufactured housing portfolio
- Assist in the negotiation of purchase agreements, financing terms, and other transaction documents
- Bachelor's degree in finance, real estate, business administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in real estate analysis, underwriting, or investment management
- Knowledge of the manufactured housing industry or multifamily and experience with manufactured housing communities is a plus
