We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced healthcare marketing professional to join our team and support our Colorado market in this key role of Community Liaison.

- Maintains good working relationships with and between the Marketing Department, referral sources, and other departments including Administration, Patient Access, Clinical Services and Medical Staff.
- Gives close attention to follow-up with referral sources (actual and potential) including phone, e-mails, faxes face to face appointments.
- Serves as a liaison between Valley Hope and community stakeholders to represent the organization build brand awareness Represents Valley Hope at trade shows conferences events Establish weekly contacts host hospitals medical staff draw market potential Conducts required scheduled appointments per day feel comfortable cold calling overcoming obstacles Responsible creating working from strategic plan planning attending programs events assisting Director positioning facility products services favorably healthcare market Coordinates potential admissions appropriate staff Gathers maintains up-date market intelligence competitor activities pricing census trends service offerings while demonstrating strong business acumen budget awareness strategic insight support referral development outreach efforts Handle potential referral source complaints concerns overcoming obstacles completing referrals satisfaction survey report back facility administration Collaborate Director Business Development leadership Valleys residential outpatient facilities identify new clients strengthen relationships current stakeholders Assists creating implementing comprehensive business development plan assigned area Complete weekly monthly activity reports Assist special projects duties delegated Supervisor Maintains current working knowledge trends substance abuse treatment industry State Federal regulatory requirements guidelines Work Environment This position will require frequent travel estimated up 80% time meet clients Position will require some work outside traditional office hours attend meetings meet stakeholders etc needed #ZR
