    Description

    Description:This manufacturer in New Carlisle, IN is searching for forklift operators to assist in their shipping/receiving and production functions.
    This is for forklift and clamp truck.

    3 forklift drivers on 3rd, one clamp truck on 2nd and 1 on 3rdHours:
    (2)2nd shift: 3:00pm to 11:00pm hours per week)(2)3rd shift: 11:00pm to 7:00am (least amount of overtime (~48 hours per week))

    Pay:

    • Base Rate: $17.21/hr (+$1/hr after 30 days)
    • Shift Premiums:
    • 2nd shift: $3/hr (starts at $20.21/hr with dollar raise after 30 days) (

    SPC:

    • 3rd shift: $2/hr (starts at $19.21/hr with dollar raise after 30 days) (

    SPC:

    Job Duties:

    • Operating a sit-down propane forklift (will be on a forklift for 95% of the day)
    • Staging materials in the warehouse
    • Loading/unloading truck shipments
    • Labeling orders
    • Replenishment of product for machine lines
    • Manually lifting boxes

    MUST HAVES:

    • 2+ years of sitdown forklift experience Computer savvy (forklifts have computers on them with the load plan) Experience in a fastpaced environment (JIT (just in time) deliveries to customers, don't have loose inventory in the facility)

    WBN:

    • Experience moving materials without a pallet
    Experience Level:Entry Level
