    Job Description

    Job DescriptionDescriptionMK Services in Middleton, MA is a leader in the Aerospace and Defense industries and we are looking to add a Swiss (Star) CNC Programmer for our 1st shift team The programmer/supervisor will be responsible for reading and interpreting technical blueprints, inputting the design specifications, adjusting the machining cutting paths, and performing quality checks on the final product.

    (Highly competitive wage pending experience)
    Key Responsibilities
    • Programming CNC Star Swiss.
    • Fixture and tool design.
    • Develop work instructions, tool lists, operation sheets and "shop floor" inspection methodology.
    • Machine set-up and operation of complex prototype and production parts.


    Skills Knowledge and Expertise
    • Programming Swiss CNC
    • Blueprint Reading and GD&T
    • Part Maker: (2 years' experience preferred)
    • Mastercam Experience
    • Swiss CNC machining of complex parts
    • Metrology tools and processes of part inspection
