    A P&C company is looking for a State Filing Manager to be responsible for the direct management and oversight of a team working on the day-to-date activities related to rate, rule, and form filings with all relevant state insurance departments and bureaus and subsequent implementation in our clients proprietary systems.

    This professional will track industry changes and monitor regulatory issues for compliance. This opportunity is direct hire.


    Requirements:
    5+ years of insurance experience and have had prior leadership experience
    5+ years of experience with a mix of personal and commercial insurance

    including compliance and/or state filings experience from an admitted property & casualty insurance carrier
    Must be proficient in Microsoft Office products

    specifically Excel and Word
    Attention to detail and accuracy is a must
    Must be strong in math and have the flexibility to work on multiple projects with the ability to meet tight deadlines
    Strong written and verbal communication skills
    Ability to commute into an office 3 days per week
    Must be local to Wilkes-Barre, Pa.; Parsippany, N.J.; New York, N.Y.; Boston, Ma.; Philadelphia, Pa.; or Hartford, Conn.
