Hacienda Heights, CAPay Rate : $18 - $22hr (DOE)

General Summary of Duties:
Seeking a Staffing Recruiter that is responsible for Sourcing, Recruiting and placing staff for various positions from (General Labor to Skilled and Clerical/ Administrative)

Tasks and Responsibilities:

Source/Recruit for potential candidates through all applicable sites; including cold calling, Internet posting and search engines (ZipRecruiter, Indeed, Career Builder, SoCal Jobs, etc.) social media outlets, networking, employee referrals, etc.

Complete hiring process, post and submit job postings online and scheduling candidate interviewDispatch associates to different client companiesCoordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviewsConduct initial orientation to newly hired employeesCompile and update employee recordsSchedule appointments for potential associates to complete application/ interview processVerify proper completion of applications and documents (E-verify)

Conduct interviews; assess applicants' knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit open vacanciesMatch qualified candidates to open positions, extend job offers, and dispatch associates to client companyData Entry and filling of daily applications and other documentationsRequired Skills/Abilities:
MUST have experience working in the Staffing Industry or human resources (Recruiter)Excellent verbal and written communication skills with aptitude in conducting interviewsBilingual (English/Spanish)Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and have strong sense of urgencyExcellent organizational skills, ability to prioritize daily tasks and able to meet deadlinesProfessional, self-starter, comfortable working independently AND as a part of a TeamKnowledge of Sourcing/ Recruiting, Basic HR functions (Labor laws, regulations/compliance and guidelines)Company Description Manufacturing Company Company Description Manufacturing Company#J-18808-Ljbffr
