- Provides administrative assistance to the Office of Academic Affairs within the SMD Dean's Office,serving as initial contact for senior leaders,faculty,stafand external customers.Maintainthecalendarofthedirector and coordinate individual and group meetings as needed.Cross-cover forthe Vice Dean's administrative coordinatorasneeded.Requirescomplex understanding of OutlookandschedulingmeetingsforseniorleadershipwithinURMC.It'sessentialthe AdminCoordIIIcanindependentlyjugglecompetingprioritiesbeforwardthinkingto planandexecuteprojectsaswellasseensurecontinuityandefficiencyoftheOAAoffice.
