Whatyouwill be working on:
As the RPA Engineer/Architect, you will examine and document business processes and make recommendations for process improvement through redesign and/or automation.
Understand the process that needs to be automated, checking the feasibility of automating that particular process, and, if it makes sense to do so, designing and developing the future state of that process
Develop and facilitate discovery sessions, planning meetings, training opportunities and process improvement meetings
Research and document anticipated return-on-investment or expected operational improvement for government consideration
Design, develop and implement software robots, or bots, to work alongside humans to enhance business process efficiency
Identify, collect and disseminate best practices and lessons learned
Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs) that define the processes, criteria, input requirements and notional timelines that support business process improvement and/or automation recommendations
Establish the engagement strategy, project plan, risks, dependencies, assumptions and "as-is" and "to-be" process documentation for both automated and non-automated process improvement solutions
Work with customer to understand processes at the key stroke level
What you will bring to us:
Active TS/SCI Clearance
Current DoD IAT II Level certificationor the ability to successfully obtain one within 90 days of hire
Would be nice if you bring the following:
Bachelor's Degree or the equivalent combination of education, technical training, or work/military experience
5-10 years of experience as a process analyst, preferably with experience implementing Robotic Procss Automation (RPA) solutions
Business process analysis, documentation and improvement through process redesign
Expertise documenting "As-Is" and "To-Be" business processes using swim-lane diagrams and other process modeling techniques as part of process improvement activities
Experience developing and documenting Standard Operating Procedures
Knowledge of how to evaluate return on investment and/or expected operational improvement measures
Proven ability to evaluate, identify and document best practice activities and processes
Ability to develop and deliver process-related training
Facilitation skills for leading group ideation exercises, requirements gathering, discovery sessions, planning meetings, etc.
Familiarity with Process Automation tools and technologies
