General Shale Brick, Inc.,is seeking a Plant Manager for our facility in Terre Haute, IN.This is senior level manufacturing management role, reporting to the Regional Production Manager, with responsibilities including:
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Safe and efficient day to day operations of plant and manufacturing technologiesMaximization of production efficiency while ensuring quality outputEnsuring weekly production goalsMeasurement and management of KPIsEnvironmental complianceAdministration and delivery of company policiesEmployee relations
EDUCATION:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Engineering Technology, Manufacturing, or related curriculum
WORK EXPERIENCE:
Industrial manufacturing management experience
SKILLS REQUIRED:
Excellent oral and written communication skillsMechanical aptitudeExperience with manufacturing process technologiesProven leadership skills
