    HRT Provider $150K
    (NP/PA)


    West Palm Beach, FL


    Our Client is seeking an experienced and dedicated HRT Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join their team. The ideal candidate must have experience in providing hormone replacement therapy modules and stem cell therapy modules. This is a full time opportunity.


    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Providing hormone replacement therapy modules
    • Providing stem cell therapy modules
    • Consulting/evaluating patients
    • Review each patient's records pre and post treatment
    • Maintain a safe, secure and clean environment for patients
    • Provide excellent service and patient care
    • Learning new techniques and procedures

    Schedule, Compensation & Benefits

    • $120K - $150K
    • Monday through Friday, from 10 am to 5pm
    • 401k , life insurance, vacation
    • Malpractice
    • Full support staff

    Requirements

    • State of Florida Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license
