Job Summary:

• Oversee District-wide training on Tier II and Tier III interventions and behavioral health
• Collaborate with CPS specialists in the Office of Social & Emotional Learning
• Develop and deliver training for staff across the district
• Coordinate grant-related activities with partnering organizations
• Provide support and consultation on intervention strategies
• Analyze data for informed decision-making
• Other duties as assigned

Education Required:

• Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field

Experience Required:

• Minimum of five (5) years working with adolescents and youth
• Minimum of three (3) years delivering evidence-based interventions
• Previous participation on school-based Behavioral Health Teams preferred

• Strong communication and strategic planning skills
• Leadership, team building, and problem-solving abilities
• Knowledge of budget, operations, and organizational development
• Cultural competency and sensitivity to equity issues
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
• Excellent knowledge of child development and social conditioning
• Knowledge of trauma-informed practices and interventions
• Familiarity with SEL standards and strategies

Conditions of Employment:
