    Description

    Job Title: Distribution Center Positions at Distribution Management

    Distribution Management is a company that values its employees as much as the brands they serve. Brands such as Amazon, Nordstrom, HP, Lexmark, Office Depot, Xerox, Walmart, Gatorade, Fiji, and more rely on DM for stocking, picking, packing, and shipping to suppliers and customers.

    We are currently looking to fill positions for picker/packers, shippers, receivers, and forklift drivers at our Distribution Center in Mesquite, TX.

    Responsibilities:

  • Count products, compare to manifest, and inspect shipments for damage, shortages, and overages. Receive inbound shipments, unload trucks, and store products safely.
  • Efficiently pick customer orders, ensuring accuracy in product type and quantity. Prepare orders for shipment.
  • Check outbound shipments for accuracy and quality, following company guidelines. Repack and weigh orders as needed, reporting any discrepancies.
  • Maintain detailed records, assist in inventories, and ensure proper stock rotation.
  • Keep work area organized, contribute to warehouse security, and prioritize safety, adhering to OSHA standards.

    Preferred Qualifications:

  • Stable work history in distribution centers or warehouses.
  • Punctuality and good attendance track record.
  • Demonstrates a proactive approach to fulfilling business requirements communicated by supervisors.
  • Proficient in written and spoken English.
