    As a Designer, you will...

    • Provide BIM/Revit and other design software support to project teams; interpret and produce BIM/Revit drawings from sketches, verbal instructions, or notes from project leads.
    • Demonstrate an understanding of plans, sections, and elevations by assisting with concept design of basic massing, plans, sections, elevations, and basic detailing concepts.
    • Exhibit time management skills by completing tasks accurately and on schedule.
    • Produce and maintain project records in support of studio project management.
    • Assist project team and market/studio leadership with other duties that may be assigned.

    The Must-Haves (Required)

    • Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or equivalent experience
    • At least one year of architectural project experience
    • Proficiency with design software including BIM/Revit as well as familiarity with Sketch-Up or other graphic programs like InDesign, Photoshop, etc.
    • MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

    The Like-to-Haves (Not Required)

    • LEED accreditation
    • Prior experience with Education projects

    Salary Range: $56,900-$97,900 annually. Compensation and level DOE.
