    Position Summary:
    We are looking for a

    Technical Analyst - Plant IT/Manufacturing Service Management


    who will play a key role in supporting our manufacturing locations by delivering technology services that enable plant and local office personnel to perform their jobs effectively and efficiently.


    This is an exciting time to join Welch's and be part of our Information Technology Team supporting our manufacturing and local office teams as part of our transformational digital agenda.


    Where You'll Work:
    This role will be based out of our Grandview, WA manufacturing plants


    What You'll Do:


    Deliver and support key plant technology services such as access control, security cameras, audio visual capabilities, and the support of annual harvest activities across all manufacturing facilities.

    You will also support all IT services locally working closely with the company's Service Desk and Infrastructure Managed Services (IMS) teams.


    Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
    Coordination and implementation of all IT Service Management initiatives for Welch's plants and local National remote offices including A/V support for Board meetings

    Configure, maintain and troubleshoot a range of hardware assets including desktops, servers, laptops, printers, tablets, mobile phones, handheld scanners and other peripherals

    Daily management of toolsets including ticketing, asset management, image and deployment, patching, backups, endpoint protection and security

    Support a mix of software and applications including Windows desktop and server OS, M365 Suite, Active Directory

    Manage and support plant systems including barcode scanning hardware and other IT/OT services including support of future farm/grower technologies

    Accountable for the successful implementation of our Collaboration Program, Service Desk transition, visitor and emergency broadcast systems

    Participate as a critical incident coordinator in rotation with greater IT team

    Create and maintain plant systems documentation


    Who You Are:

    Excellent presentation (written and verbal) and communication skills. Ability to effectively communicate technical issues and solutions to all levels of business

    Individual with good interpersonal and communication skills and excels at customer service

    Thrives in an evolving and collaborative environment and be a critical resource for Welch's IT Centers of Excellence


    What You'll Need:
    Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field required. A combination of education, training, and experience that results in demonstrated competency to perform the work may be substituted in lieu of a degree

    3+ years of overall industry experience, specifically around IT Operations within a large complex or global business

    IT experience in a manufacturing environment demonstrating proven Infrastructure, project and process management skill sets. Operational Technology (OT) experience preferred

    Ability to work in and support a 24/7 environment providing coverage across multiple plants and additional hours as needed

    Ability to travel up to an average of 20% annually

    $80,000 t0 85,000 + 5% target bonus
