    At Arby's - Casper, we're seeking motivated individuals to fill Shift Leader roles in our dynamic team. As a full-time or part-time Shift Leader, you'll thrive in a fast-paced environment where excellent communication and customer service skills are paramount.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead by example, demonstrating commitment, hard work, honesty and friendliness.
    • Provide exceptional customer service and support the General Manager with team building initiatives.
    • Maintain a positive atmosphere of teamwork and energy throughout your shift.

    We require our Shift Leaders to be proficient in using computers for daily tasks. Additionally, they must have reliable transportation to ensure timely arrival at work every day. If you possess strong sales skills, enjoy working independently with minimal supervision, can maintain store cleanliness standards,
    a safe restaurant environment for both employees
