Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of the restaurant's operations, ensuring exceptional service, food quality, and overall guest satisfaction.
• Lead by example and maintain a high standard of excellence throughout every shift.
• Recruit, train, and manage a team of service staff, kitchen staff, and support personnel. Foster a positive work environment, providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback to drive efficiency and accountability.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels, including food, beverages, and supplies. Implement cost control measures to maximize profitability without compromising quality.
• Create and maintain staff schedules that align with business needs while controlling labor costs.
