As the assistant manager, you will effectively be running your own small business. You will be managing the team, interacting with & serving customers, and managing revenue and cost budgets alongside the area manager.
We are looking for a confident leader who is great with people, hardworking, and willing to learn. A successful assistant manager will be capable of managing operations of the store to Key Performance Indicators, while also willing to roll up their sleeves and help out wherever is needed. We are looking for someone who is an independent problem solver, adaptable, detail-oriented, and loves dogs
