    As Recruiter, you are a Clean Tech brand ambassador, engaging with manufacturing talent pools and Monroe County community partners to showcase all that Clean Tech, a global recycling solutions leader, has to offer.

    You'll drive process efficiency & shape a positive candidate experience, as you collaborate with managers to build a highly talented Clean Tech workforce.

    You Will

    Leverage a variety of channels and mediums to proactively attract candidates for Operator, Technician and other operational roles to Clean Tech
    Screen candidates, swiftly advancing great-fit candidates to on-site interviews, extend offers, then complete the background check process.

    Manage candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, responding promptly to candidate inquiries, clearly communicating with and treating all candidates in a respectful manner.

    Partner with local community groups and institutions to promote and grow the Clean Tech employer brand, with a goal of cultivating talent pools for Clean Tech.

    Use Workday, our applicant tracking system, to maintain accurate and compliant records and facilitate the requisition process.

    Collaborate with the team to evaluate & improve recruiting procedures, as well as the best ways to convey the Clean Tech brand within the community.

    You Have

    This is an on-site position located at our expanding facility in Dundee, Michigan. In addition, you'll be out and about in the Monroe County community.
    A minimum of two (2) years of semi-skilled & skilled manufacturing recruiting experience.
    A solid track record of screening and qualifying candidates for semi-skilled & skilled positions in a manufacturing plant.
    Proven success cultivating candidate pools through community-based channels.
    Proficiency with recruitment technology, including applicant tracking systems (we use Workday).
